  Usually they are really good, but today they must be training people because they don’t know what they are doing. They are super slow you can hear them training people on how to find where the coolant is and they let a car go buy that came after us. We were waiting for 40 minutes and they ended up telling us they just ran out of filters. I’ve never waited that long for an oil change before even when there was a line. There was barely a line there today and we waited that long. I will not return to this location.

  This was my second time at this location and prior to these visits, I had never had my oil changed at a Valvoline instant oil change. First visit was with my daughters car, second was with my car. Wait time was very reasonable, We were second in line. I got to observe how the employees interact with the client's and each other with the car in front of us, and then with my visits. Both times, I experienced professionalism, and very genuine, clear communication. I left with a sense that the guys there really liked what they do. Eye contact when speaking, so rare these days. Thank you, I will continue to be a grateful patron.

  I went for an oil change this morning, was greeted by Joel and he helped with the service. Normally oil changes aren’t something I’d describe as good or bad experiences but this was different. Enjoyable experience, knowledgeable staff, overall great experience. Keep up the good work and give those guys a raise.

  Ivan and Steve were so helpful! I have an old truck that’s more work to do. I went to another location that said they couldn’t perform the work, the team at this location was more than willing to do the work and help get the oil change done! Will certainly come back to this Valvoline any time.

  If I could rate it lower I would I have never been so upset with a company in my life I had my tires rotated last week and about 2 days later I heard a noise coming from the front end of my car took it to another shop where I found out all of my lug nuts were not torqued properly so due to that 4 of 5 lug nuts were hand tight and couldn’t even get an apology it could have been worse but if someone like my mother it happened could’ve easily lost a wheel going down the highway i take my son in that car and nothing was done to resolve that issue I drove to the location where the manager told me specifically that he torqued them he proceeded to tell me after he came outside that they were in fact torqued probably of course they were I had a shop check them all and I think it was 3 out of 20 that were torqued properly I am extremely upset about how they are handling the whole situation I would not recommend them doing any work on my vehicle again
