- TSTuva SilcottJan 13, 20265.0I had to leave a review, this is my second time using Manchester Autobody Repair Shop, and once again they exceeded my expectations. The first time I visited was a few years ago after I moved to the Connecticut area and needed repairs following a car accident. While driving through the Vernon area where I lived, I came across Manchester Repair Shop. The very next day, I inquired about repairs, and they immediately took my car in and got me into a rental with no hesitation. Recently, my car needed repairs again, and based on the outstanding customer service I received the first time, I decided to return. The owner, Luis, went above and beyond to accommodate me with a rental. He even found another rental through a different vendor and arranged transportation for me to get there without any hesitation. His staff is extremely professional and friendly. Luis initially advised that the repairs might take about a week, but they were completed in just two days—now that’s outstanding service. Also thanks for the car wash . If you ever need auto body repairs, paint work, or anything similar, this is absolutely the shop to go to. Highly recommend!

I know it's new owners, but im still waiting. I would not recommend them. They are not true to their word.
