The wait wasn’t long, and the mechanic that helped me was named Marq (I know he has a unique way of spelling it) anyway he filled my tires, checked my oil, and gave great conversation as well as service. - LLLofroSenseiDec 8, 20255.0I really like the care that Valvoline oil in Vernon Ct shows customers, specifically JP, he really cares about your vehicle and will actually go out of his way to spot things for you that you actually need for a smoothly running car. He's also very honest and will straight up tell you if he doesn't know and point you to a mechanic instead of try to sell you on some crap. If it wasn't for him my car would be running on several poorly working systems, fluids, and parts- I can actually notice the difference from my car sounding like an earthquake set off in my engine to, well...sounding like a car. From what I know he usually works later in the day so if you wanna catch him go toward the evening like around 4pm, he's a friendly guy and is quite conversational- the staff there in general are friendly, I've never had any issues and usually leave satisfied. Overall, Great service!
