Upon a conversation with him and a follow-up visit to look at my complaint he took the time to explain both the windshield washer cap and the air filter box screws had aged so badly on my 2002 camry they no longer held on the reservoir tank nor allow the air filter box cover to secure correctly. He did on the other hand in our conversation to replace any parts not put back on , which was my original complaint. And he stayed and did this while I pulled in at 6pm when they were closing. Thanks Mark. That's how business show be done.

After these past two times going to Valvoline I'm very impressed with the service they provide me. The staff there is very knowledgeable and honest about what I need and can be held for another time and very proficient at doing their job well!

Now after her last recent visit she's missing her washer fluid cap and the air filter box will not lock. These are 2 of the things you check.
