  We were able to pickup and drop off in a convenient location with a last minute reservation ... smooth process at pick up and were able to leave keys in a drop box so there wouldn't be a charge for an additional day... The rental was gorgeous it also had massaging and heated seats, moon roof, and plenty of room for our guests

  Rented a 2023 Ford Expedition on 12/5/25. Matt was very helpful and provided clear, quick service. The vehicle was clean and appeared to be in great shape. Got into the vehicle this afternoon (12/6/25) to leave and there’s a leak coming from the windshield, creating a puddle on the dash. Hard to believe this is the first occurrence. They shouldn’t be renting out vehicles with such damages/issues. Since the branch is closed at noon on a Saturday , I had to call the emergency line and now I have to wait 2-3 hours for a tow truck to come pick it up. Not this location in particular, but in general, Enterprise has greatly disappointed me. I’ve been in attempt to rent a full size vehicle for a full week. Online reservations allow you to reserve these vehicles online, only to have someone from the branch call and say it’s actually NOT available. No offer to search if another location had it. I had to do the legwork and call every branch local to me to find it. The online portal should be updated depending on actual inventory each location has on their lot. You shouldn’t be able to reserve a vehicle that does not exist. A few branch employees state they’ve submitted “reports” to regional and I should’ve received a call back to find me the vehicle I need. I have yet to receive any call back.
