This place is filled with INCOMPETENT “mechanics” who failed a simple task to properly install my oil plug following an oil change. DO NOT take your vehicle to this location, or rather, ANY Economy in the CT area. They simply do not care, and is all just a numbers game for them. They have cause me hundreds of dollars in the back end, along with unnecessary stress. I will never support this franchise ever again.

- MMMorganOct 16, 20251.0I will never bring my car here again. Paid over $100 for an oil change and noticed it was leaking oil the next day, a huge puddle in my driveway. I brought it back and they apparently fixed it and told my fiancé that they’ve been having trouble with jeeps and other cars such as my mine. Another couple of days later, it was leaking oil again. Do yourself a favor and find someone you know that can do an oil change or just do it yourself because these people have absolutely no idea what they are doing. They’ll waste your time and money. I wish I could give this place zero stars.
