  I bought a set of tires in the fall, one of them already blew out the sidewall. I called in and made an appointment and verified over the phone that they had the exact replacement tire. I go in for my appointment and sat there for an hour and a half before they told me they do NOT have my tire and the only one they do have is twice the cost- $315 for one tire. Then they said they would order my tire in only to then say its unavailable . A waste of.my entire morning and ill never go back. They wouldn't even guarantee or work with me.on a tire that rotted the sidewalls after being on the car for half a year! They claimed that a warranty or guarantee on a brand new tire was extra money that I didnt pay?? So.i called Town Fair tire and they got me a tire on for $120!

  Had a 3:00 PM oil change appointment at Goodyear Auto Service and showed up on time. They flat-out refused to do the service and didn’t offer any alternative The attitude was even worse—basically told to leave or do whatever I want by staff name Kenneth. No accountability, no customer service. Completely wasted my time. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment if they won’t honor it?

  Great shop and service - multiple times I have sent my kids to get their oil changed. My kids have come back saying they were very kind and didn’t try to oversell and were reasonable .

  I’ve been a loyal customer here for 7 years with the exact same car and when I went for a standard oil change and to check my bumper all of a sudden they weren’t able to lift my car cause it was “too low”. Ive never had that problem in the 7 years I’ve been coming to this Good year. I’ve had every service you can think of with this car at this place and never had them tell me that. I later found out it’s under new management and figured this “new crew” must be very inexperienced or very lazy. ( I’ll say both to be honest). They didn’t even close my hood all the way when they gave me back my car. If you used to come here when it was Tony and his old crew, I’d say go find out where Tony is cause the guys they have now straight up suck. Won’t be coming here anymore.

  My son brought in a car for a tire flat and thought he had to buy a new one and they were so honest to tell him that it was another problem and they fixed it and we didn’t have to buy the new tire. Wonderfully professional and honest! Thank you!!! We will definitely be back, and we would recommend them to anyone!!
