- MFMaureen FDec 13, 20255.0When I say this Goodyear shop went above and beyond, it is no exaggeration. One hour before they were closing I came in after learning my tire was punctured after parking to go shopping. I was 45minutes from home. Immediately, Rachel greeted me, listened to the problem, and got me right in. Discovering that the tire was not repairable and they didn’t have the right tire in stock, both Rachel and her manager, Marty, proceeded to call around and find a tire that would fit my car. Upon locating one, the manager got in his car, drove 25 min to the shop to get it, driving back where Rachel and the service technician stayed after working hours to put the new tire on and get me back on the road. The service was like something I’ve haven’t experienced in a very long time! Kudos to the whole team but special shout out to Rachel, she was amazing!
