Care to customers car needs to be a priority. When in for a 4 tire replacement and there was damage to the paint on the rims. Not 1, Not 2, not 3! But on all 4 rims. Looks like they used a pry tool? Screwdriver?

I am a mechanic who does all my own work on all my vehicles. I dropped off my pick-up with four brand new tires in the bed and asked them to mount and balance four tires for me and do nothing else, just mount and balance my tires. I was told my vehicle would be inspected for worn brakes, suspension and steering components. I told them don't bother I do all my own work just mount and balance the tires. I again was told we inspect all vehicles that come into the shop and again I said don't bother, even if you tell me you found something wrong I am not going to have you fix it, don't touch anything just mount and balance the tires, I must have said it four times. I was dressed business casual and didn't look like a typical mechanic and I don't think he believed that I worked on my own vehicles. The next day I paid for the service and left. The very first time I applied the brakes the truck pulled to the left and after a complete stop it felt like the brakes were dragging. I've owned this truck for five years and this is the first time it has ever behaved like this. I pulled the truck into my garage and discovered the right front brake had an issue. After checking the entire front brake assembly I discovered the right front brake hose was not flowing brake fluid freely. I replaced the brake hose and the truck began braking correctly. I have never, in 40 years, found a brake hose behave like this and so out of curiosity I investigated what was wrong with the hose. I cut this hose into six small pieces and every piece looked perfectly fine with no restriction. The only piece left was a two inch piece where the mounting bracket was attached and it was this two inch piece that was restricted. The hose was in perfect condition but the bracket was pinched to restrict the flow of brake fluid. I know this truck better than anyone on the planet and there is no way this condition happened on it's own, these guys are the only other people to touch this truck and the condition appeared on the very fist stop after leaving their parking lot. I believe they expected me to return immediately complaining about the brakes so they could sell me a brake job! What a scam STAY AWAY!!
