Caught Red-Handed & Gaslighted (Video Proof) I paid for a Full Synthetic oil change, but while sitting in my car, I caught the technician using regular oil instead. He never touched the synthetic dispenser. I managed to record him on my phone while he was using the wrong oil. When I confronted him with the video, he was speechless. The Manager’s behavior was even worse: When I confronted him and told him clearly that this was a SCAM, he treated me like I was lying and dismissed my claims. He only tried to excuse it as a "human error" AFTER I told him I had the recording on my phone. It wasn't an honest mistake; it was a failed attempt to cover up a scam. To make matters worse, when I demanded a refund, he told me I wouldn't be allowed back. When I confronted him about this, he tried to gaslight me, saying I was "imagining things." Being lied to your face after they were caught cheating is unacceptable. Pricing Deception: * Bait & Switch: Initially, I was quoted $109 including taxes (after applying a 25% discount coupon from their website). * Hidden Add-ons: By the time they finished, the total suddenly jumped to $120 because they added items I didn't authorize. * Overpriced Parts: They quoted $65 and $25 for filters that cost $21 total on Amazon. Update: It’s been three days and no refund yet. The "Credit Invoice" shows $93.57 under "Customer Satisfaction," but the money is not in my account. If it’s not resolved soon, I will provide my video evidence to the authorities. Advice: Do not trust them. Watch the oil dispensers yourself. I caught them only because I was recording on my phone.
