- MLMaria LoCascio6 days ago1.0No stars actually. This dealership has been a nightmare. The Service dept is awful. They do not communicate with you or update you about your vehicle. Don't even try calling because no one will call you back. They're very unprofessional and would never buy a hyundai again because of our experience. Save yourself a headache and go to a different dealership.

- SLScott LonkoskiMar 23, 20263.0Went in for a standard oil change. When I checked the level a few days later it was WAY over the line. Like maybe they never drained the old and just added new oil? I went back and they drained enough out (took almost an hour!). Hopefully no permanent damage to engine. From now if I ever go here again I’ll verify whatever work they do. Most likely I’ll go to an independent garage with qualified mechanics
- DMDani MirandaMar 18, 20261.0I bought a car on January 29 and drove it with the temporary license plate tag until February 28… After two weeks, I asked how things were going with the RMV; they said they needed more information and would sort it out. The temporary tag expired, but they hadn’t resolved anything, I couldn’t stop working, and unfortunately, on March 9, my car was pulled over, towed, and impounded because I couldn’t keep driving without a license plate! I called the dealer, and they sent me the license plate overnight with an apology! And to my surprise, they had only registered my car on March 5. In the end, I was left out of pocket for the tow, Uber, and with just an apology via text message! A terrible and traumatic experience!
