  Very friendly and helpful staff. The car I rented was very clean, and in good condition. (2024 Toyots Corolla) Upon returning the car, I was asked if I needed a lift to anywhere. That was very much appreciated!

  If anyone is going to rent from enterprise make sure when they look the car over they also look under it before you rent it make sure its not all scratched up underneath i lost steering when I was driving the car I couldn't turn left I was stuck in on coming traffic something broke on the car and they took the car looked under it said yes the steering was broke but there were scratches under the car so it was my fault because I was the last to rent it so like a claim through my insurance company to fix your car was told by there workers this is how they fix there vehicles when regular ware and tare happens so look out for that when renting

  Exceptional Service That Went Above and Beyond! What began as a potentially disastrous situation turned into an experience so positive that I ended up keeping the car for four extra days. The vehicle I had originally reserved from the Torrington office was no longer available, which left me quite anxious as I urgently needed transportation. I made several calls, and Branch Manager Ed, together with staff member Britney, went above and beyond—scrambling to locate a suitable replacement from other branches. Thanks to Ed’s persistence and customer-first attitude, he was able to transfer an Audi from the Waterbury branch for me—an unexpected upgrade that exceeded my expectations. The 2025 Audi was spotless, comfortable, and a pleasure to drive, making every trip smooth and enjoyable. Ed’s exceptional effort and dedication to customer satisfaction perfectly embody the true spirit of ENTERPRISE. His professionalism turned a stressful situation into one of the most positive rental experiences I’ve ever had.

  Rented from the Torrington location on October 9th. Customer service was great — Ed was very helpful and upfront throughout the process. However, both vehicles I received were in poor condition. The first (a Hyundai) was dirty inside and had a glitchy screen. The second (a Toyota Rogue) had dog hair all over the back seat and multiple dents, though Ed explained they were aware and planning to file a claim. My pickup was scheduled for 2 PM, but I didn’t pull off until after 3 PM due to switching vehicles and waiting for cleaning. Ed mentioned his coworkers were out picking up an Equinox, but I didn’t have time to wait for them to return with it. Overall, excellent customer service, but the vehicle cleanliness and condition were disappointing. Just a few photos doesn't show the lack of care for the car.
