  I had a great experience at Modern Mazda from the moment I walked in. Everyone was super helpful, welcoming, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. A special shoutout to Zach he was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive throughout the entire experience. He took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I understood my options, and never made me feel pressured. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable visit, and I’d definitely recommend Modern Mazda to anyone looking for a great dealership experience!

  I had a great experience working with Henry Reyes at Modern Mazda! I knew the car I wanted, and he helped me get it quickly and smoothly. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making the process easy and stress-free. Henry answered all my questions and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. Shout out as well to Nick Gagain, the finance/business manager, for making the paperwork and loan process completely hassle-free. Highly recommend this team if you’re looking for a smooth and trustworthy car-buying experience!

  Another 5 star buying experience at Modern Mazda. After countless test drives at the end of my lease across multiple dealerships, Modern is by far the greatest. Stephen Duffy is knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. We were on a time crunch and he made everything work with our timeline and budget. Highly recommend modern Mazda!

  Bought a cx-30 from modern mazda, my experience wasn’t pleasant at all and the general manager Edward needs to learn how to talk to people and stay professional. Since purchasing my car they never balanced my tires, forgot both manual keys in my key fobs and im locked out I have no way of getting into my car. The very next day after purchasing my car it was telling me across my dashboard that my network malfunctioned, mazda wasn’t willing to see me with my car, they told me they were too busy to see me and also never gave me a loaner car. I personally talked with the general manager Edward about this situation and telling him that I notified corporate about my frustrations and he yelled that he is not gonna help me in any way. Meanwhile I Have a dead brand new car in my driveway that needs to be towed. Edward is the most unprofessional general manager I have ever dealt with and I will never give them a cent of money. If u want a reliable car DO NOT GO TO MODERN MAZDA. Liberty mazda is much better with way better customer service. I still dont have a working car from modern mazda because the General manager wasn’t willing to accept that his team failed in delivering me a new vehicle with no issues like I was promised. Stop Lying Edward, I told u I reached out to corporate over my frustrations, and u told me YOU ARE NOT HELPING ME THEN. Stop trying to play the victim! you never offered me a loaner and told me to find a ride home when i brought my car into be serviced. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP. Liberty mazda Actually knows how to treat people and EDWARD has serious anger issues and needs to take some classes on how to actually be a an owner and talk to people.

  I had an amazing experience buying my first Mazda, and I couldn’t be happier with my new CX-5! Steve Duffy was truly the best salesperson I could have asked for. He was incredibly knowledgeable and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Since this was my first Mazda, I had a lot of questions, but Steve took the time to walk me through everything in detail and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. He was patient, honest and never made me feel pressured. He also really listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect CX-5 for my needs. I highly recommend asking for Steve if you’re looking to buy a car. He made this such a great experience, and I’m so happy with my purchase!
