I had more concerns and questions and tried emailing her and she now ignores me, not even the decency to reply advising me exactly what ph # I should call or email address I should use. EVERY stinking email I’m getting is a No-reply. Pretty rotten trick from a company over something that is already very stressfull!!! As of today 2 weeks after the iid was installed I still don’t know who to call or email! Not cool, nor appreciated at all. Shortly after this post Brandon H a Senior Specialist reached out to me and answered all questions/concerns, as well as offered me a way to reach him if anything came up and he was very polite, informative, and understanding. Because of that and how he cared enough to make it right I would update this experince to “ I’m currently very pleased with this process, how easy it is, and the help I’ve received”.
