  This review is pretty late, this happened a couple years ago. We had an amazing experience with Enterprise in Stratford. We originally reserved a van at another Enterprise facility but when we went to pick it up, it wasn't there. We proceeded to call different locations and no one had one, which put us in a terrible bind since we needed to leave for our trip the next day. We called the Stratford location and Josh told us that he had one left and would hold it till we got there. He actually waited for us because it was just about closing time. Josh was awesome, he went out of his way to help us in our situation. His customer service was top notch!
