After an accident my insurance sent me there for a rental. Nothing but nonsense from the very start that I'm still dealing with 2 weeks after returning the vehicle. Not only myself, but another customer continued to be offered vehicles, not fully covered by our insurance. The other customer was so angry he left without anything. I was more than clear about not paying. They still gave me a vehicle that I said I wasn't paying for. The manager, Patrick is a slick talker, as well as a liar. Myself and the friend that brought me witnessed him being untruthful to a customer on the phone. Throughout the time I was there all I kept hearing was the car would be ready in "two minutes". The final two minutes was around 20, because the vehicle still had to be cleaned and washed from the previous renter. Just tell the truth. Worse was the demeaning he chose to speak to me on the phone. His exact words "Let me explain this to you in a way you'll understand." It was just under an hour total to pick the vehicle up, and I waited for another staff member to be available for the return. Meghan did my return and listened to everything I told her happened so far. Instead of insulting me, she chose to apologize for the awful experience and look into the rate debate. This office is a scam - rates in their system that do not match the contracted rate with Geico. They charge more than the contracted Geico rate and are ripping people off. Don't rent from this office in Stratford. Go to Devon - I've used them before and had no problems.

God really showed up they gave us a brand new car as we were still thinking about 15 hours drive with a baby. We were going to 2819 prayer and few posted cars with flats tires on their way there. Our pick up and drop off was smooth and the drive. I am definitely using this place from now on. Actually I have booked a car for December 2025 already.
