    I bought a battery for my car online. I verified online that my car was eligible for installation at the store, pretty clear green check mark. When I got to the store to pick up the battery and have it installed, I was greeted by 3 ladies. 2 of which were rude. I told them I needed my battery installed, at first they told me nobody was there to install it. Then they asked what kind of car I have, I told them a 2019 Honda civic.. I didn’t tell them it was an LX which is an option you need to click online to see if it’s eligible, they proceeded to tell me it wasn’t eligible for the install. I told them they need to update their website then and got back a nice attitude. I left and went to the Milford advanced auto and I was in and out with an installed battery in 10 min. Based on previous reviews it’s clear the response will just be the automated “we will forward this to our team” which is fine. Hopefully this review pushes people to other stores so they don’t have to deal with the two ladies that don’t belong in customer service :)

    I’m giving my review a one star not because of the store but because of the Manager on duty today . 8/ 12/25 2:15 pm . She is such a disgrace to the store and advance auto parts company. She has no courtesy, no manners, no respect and should not be talking to customers. She was very rude belittling and disrespectful to me. I have never had such a horrible experience in a place of business like the one I had today. It is such a shame . I would never ever shop in that place ever again. I bought brake pads with sensors for my daughter‘s Bmw . However , the right brake pads was in the box with the wrong sensor. Instead of listening to what I was saying and try to understand what I was telling her , she started to argue with me on top of her voice. I did not ask for a refund. I did not ask for a replacement. I was simple trying to tell her that the wrong sensor was in the box and I had to end up using my old sensor from the car. This lady was talking so loud that it echoed in the room. In my place of business, I would never dare talk to a customer like that , that would be instant dismissal, as a matter of fact it’s not in my character to speak to people like that . I was so surprised and taken back by the way she was acting. I guess there is no requirements for being a manager in advance auto parts. I guess you can pick anyone up off the street and make them into a manager so now I know better not to ever spend my hard working money in that store ever again.. it is such the opposite across the street in auto zone, the men were helpful and professional . I didn’t know I was entering hell with the sulky faces. Please please please give her some training on professional and conduct training, leadership and communication skills training. This is so sad 😔 she is so bad for business in this economy with all the stores closing down, every dollar , and every customer count. It’s so sad that she doesn’t see it that way probably she’s not happy or the staff is not happy with their jobs . Probably they need some incentives so they can be happy, but they look very unhappy and angry in there please they need some help. FYI my little son was with me and was stunned at how rude the lady was and recorded the whole situation. If I should put this on social media she would be put to shame

    Don't waste your time. They lack any knowledge of parts. They advised a 19yr old on a wrong permatex that could ruin the coolant system. Go to Napa or O'Reilly's. If you must go, make sure you pay attention on what country the part is made in.

    Was told by guy at the counter they didn't have what I needed. I found went through the aisle and found it. I blame whoever does inventory.
