  Very bad costumer service and installation technicians, first they installed wrong windshield, then they broke my wings spoilers without letting me know, when I asked the technician he got nervous and told me manager will get in touch with me after “ no one did” guy left broken glasses all over the place, inside and outside vehicle, while replacing they forced to take the windshield out and did many scratches all over my paint and trim, for the second appointment they cancelled me twice, finally they had to order the original windshield which was cheaper than the generic, second technician was better. I was expecting at least not getting charged because all time wasted and damages to vehicle, I had to pay regular price, still waiting for them to call me back and see if they’re gonna fix my broken parts, I would not recommend this location… Iris got in touch with me, the only nice person there

  I had a great experience with Safelite thanks to Richie. He was professional, friendly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and did an excellent job. It’s not often you come across someone who truly cares about their work and customer satisfaction, but Richie definitely does. I highly recommend Safelite, especially if you get Richie!

  The Safelite Stamford location is TOP NOTCH in customer service!! I was greeted by the technician, management and staff! EVERYONE was professional, courteous and friendly! A++++++

  Worst worst location! Rude and couldn’t care less about peoples time or money. 1.tried to book a home service as we always did in past and could not be helped. 2. So booked a week out for a drop off same day service 3. Confirmed with Vin the day before that they did in fact have our parts 4. Dropped car off within the requested time period at 8:30am 5. Tried to call them multiple times to check status with no answer. 6. Went to pick up at 4:50pm 10 minutes to their advertised closing time to see our car had not moved an inch from where we gotten out of it when dropping it off. 7. Iris was very rude about the fact that they had not called and there for we should not be there to pick up. 8. They tell us they will start working on it then which would mean a few hours of waiting. But after they start pulling the dash and surrounding parts off they realize they ordered the wrong part. 9. And when we tell them we have spent over a hundred dollars on Ubers they couldn’t care less and refused to reimburse us.
