I chose Safelite because of their constant advertising on TV, social media, and YouTube, but from the very beginning everything went wrong. My issues started when I called to book an appointment and was given a confirmed date and time. When I arrived on time, I was told my appointment was never entered into the system and they were fully booked. They then scheduled a mobile technician to come to my home the following weekend, but the technician called out "sick." I was forced to schedule yet another appointment and go in person, wasting even more time. When the windshield was finally replaced, it began leaking the very next day during light rain. I had to return again for repairs. While I was waiting, I was informed they had found a crack and that my warranty would be voided. When I inspected the windshield myself, I discovered multiple scratches clearly caused by the tools used during installation. I take excellent care of my vehicle, and seeing this level of carelessness is really upsetting. Between the scheduling failures, poor workmanship, leaks, scratched in the paint of my car, and warranty issues, this experience was completely unacceptable. If you value your time and your vehicle, avoid this location and use another company.
