- SDSuzana Davitkova3 days ago1.0I am loyal customer with 2 time lease Volvo I came for 3 rd lease of Volvo xc90 ,I am deeply disappointed on the service, the new car, the same day show big problem after I take the car after to exit car start shaking immediately I return back but the shop was close,I text to the sales manager I explained i return next day I left the car ,they call me to take the car we did test drive,same problem was existing, I purchase the car mart 12 car is still in mechanic shop I went in the salon and I requested new car obviously the car is with problem but day say I can't, I will wait one day more and I will take legal action because I purchase new car not old I am deeply disappointed in your service I coming all away from Bronx because I was so satisfied with your business but not anymore, I wish I just returned my lease and walked away from VOLVO STAMFORD from loyal members I became disappointed, this affects my helt ,my every day living, I am 56 years women I never experience this in my life I will never ever come back in your shop this time you not deserve stars but I will give one only for Joe ho show sympathy and try to help .Don't forget business exist because of customer Don't disappoint your loyal costumer every single person count I came 4 time cutting my working hours for nothing exactly for nothing, when I take that car just to now I will pay 740 dollars monthly and 3900 in front for old broken car if problem is not solved tomorrow I will be forced to see my legal right

I had an appointment on Friday February 20th for regular maintenance and for an on and off engine light. When I arrived I was welcomed very nice as usual. Paul took my information and keys a a message was sent to keep me posted about my car service. Then I was moved to the next desk for a loaner. I was kept informed even when they were not physically in office. They even sent me a video of my car inspection. I truly recommend Riley Volvo .
