  Charge almost $100 for less than 48hr. Please park at the other parking lot that's actually at the train station. They will treat you like trash.

  Got trapped in garage for 45 minutes at 1am after ticket paying machine wouldn’t work and took my ticket and wouldn’t let me pay. Intercom wouldn’t work for help and the number they said to call wouldn’t answer. Was able to find a small lost ticket button that printed out a new one for the insane price of $40… just for that to not even work so they stole $40 from me. Worst garage ever. I want my money back. Please give me my money back

  The downtown Stamford area is dependent on these people for parking, but they have no customer service for problems. I paid. I wanted a receipt as proof of payment in case I got a ticket. I couldn't get a receipt. The help booth was empty. I called the number they have posted and no one answered and there was no way to leave a message. I sent it an email to the email they had posted and got a reply saying that the domain didn't exist and my email wasn't sent. When I finally found an attendant in the room hours later, her response was sometimes the machine doesn't print the receipt. What would have happened if I got a ticket? They would of said I should of got my receipt. I've been trying to get a hold of these people for almost 3 weeks. No one has answered the phone. I have been unable to leave a voicemail. I can't email them. There's no way to hold these people accountable. A good portion of the phone numbers they have to contact aren't even in service. If we can't hold them accountable, we should get them out of our city. When you get a ticket because of their mistake, they'll blame you for not getting your receipt. When you try to get type of customer service from these people it's like they don't exist. FYI I didn't get a ticket. It's the principle of the matter and trying to help the next person who does.

  The state needs to shut these people down, they’re scammers, charge you the overnight fee and lock the doors if you aren’t back before midnight, I ended up having to leave a concert early and get my car except no one was there at 11:30pm and we had to call building security to let us out, this garage needs to be closed cause they’ll take your money
