- BBbianca biancaNov 24, 20221.0I booked a reservation for a Lamborghini SUV. When I arrived with my brother we were told they did not have the car we booked or something comparable. I asked to see what was available and wanted to discuss unlimited mileage for the inconvenience. The representative Joel became irate that we asked for unlimited mileage for the huge inconvenience. He began to speak to us in a very unprofessional manner, raising his voice at us and belittling us in front of other customers. They advertised a Lamborghini truck and that is what we booked and was promised. Instead of apologizing for their mistake and trying to make things right, we were treated like with absolutely no respect and no customer service. We were spoken to as if we were about to get into a street fight all while the manager sat there witness to this and did nothing. We left with out a vehicle for a very special event and completely disrespected. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone
