  Whoever is answering the phone is just straight up rude. If you hate your job just quit. I called to ask questions before i go and he just straight up hung up on me. Now i know never to do business at this location.

  Got hung up on twice while on hold. Not customer friendly. Edit: You reply takes me to a link with a big "Closed" sign and highlighting incredibly limited hours. How on earth is this "great customer service"? Chat is currently unavailable.   I’ve rented cars from Enterprise many times and never had any problems — but this location is an exception. Even as a Gold member, they don’t allow free upgrades and always have excuses. One-way rentals and drop-offs aren’t allowed, and they’ve even claimed the location was closed, then charged me for an extra day. I’ve had to call multiple times to get things fixed. Too many issues here — really wish this place had better, more customer-friendly management.

  This was my number one location until the manager tried to play me dirty!!! I literally rented here every 2 weeks for an entire summer of 2025 with my debit card. He waited until I had an important interview at 10am to tell me I can’t use my debit card anymore. He literally threw me on one his employees knowing it will cause problem because my credit cards had some problem for a short period of time and I truly don’t like using credit cards now because of the high interest so I prefer paying upfront. The problem was why did you grant me a vehicle more than 10 times for the year 2025 and now deny me when I have a big career interview. They could have said ok our policy has changed and we will grant you this time but moving forward only credit cards. He didn’t even try to make any solution to the situation. Just turned me over and went and attend someone else before the transaction even took place. It felt 100% racial from that manager with his expression when I asked questions. I only speak truth and if you hear me saying the vibes felt totally different then it really did. Will never go back here and I already told my referrals to stay away from them. You’ve just lost a few good customers who have been renting here for 3 years. All because of this one Guy that don’t realize you can’t choose a skin color!!! Believe me when I say his response felt disrespectful as if he didn’t even want to serve me. Enterprise should be ashamed especially since I had perfect renting for the past 3 years. Well there lost. I’ll buy my own jeep now.

  I’d like to share my experience renting from Enterprise Rent-A-Car at 11 Brown House Rd, Stamford, CT. Their customer care is outstanding—friendly, helpful staff made the process smooth from start to finish. Pickup and drop-off were fast and efficient, and the vehicle was clean, in excellent condition, and exactly the size I needed. I also appreciate their competitive pricing and great value. They offer optional extras without any pressure, which I found refreshing. Next time I’m in Stamford, CT, I’ll definitely be calling Enterprise Rent-A-Car again.
