  Very disappointing experience with this Enterprise location. If you book a car for the same day, they almost always claim they are "sold out," even when reservations appear to be available online. This has happened multiple times and is extremely frustrating, especially for customers who need a vehicle urgently. If you need a reliable rental on short notice, I would not trust this location. They should provide accurate availability instead of allowing bookings they cannot honor.

  Wow. Read the reviews. My husband and I were there 15 minutes prior to our 11:30 AM pick up. We got in line and five people walked in after us. We were “ Politely” Ignored and the other people were served before us. Now that I see the reviews, I know it’s because my husband is black. The guys that were helping us were also incredibly rude when I pointed this out and they laughed at us. We spent two hours there waiting for a car while other people were served before us, even though they got there after. This location runs purely on racism. And on Juneteenth weekend nonetheless.

  The experience here gets worse and worse. The service is terrible. No one available to answer a yes/no question. The location is bad. You need a car to get here, but why would I come here if I had a car?

  I’ve had to rent a car from Enterprise several times, and unfortunately I’ve had the same issue repeatedly: no vehicles available when I arrive. I understand that some of my reservations were made last minute, but even when I booked online and received a confirmation, there was no inventory available when I got there. I’ve also experienced the same problem with reservations made further in advance. The staff has generally been courteous, but the reservation system seems unreliable if customers can reserve a vehicle that isn’t actually available. It’s frustrating to arrange transportation around a confirmed booking only to find out there are no cars to rent. I hope Enterprise improves its inventory management and reservation process to better match customer expectations. Would not recommend relying on a reservation unless you confirm vehicle availability directly with the location beforehand.

  Racist staff. I was unexpectedly asked to pay a $500 deposit, while another customer renting a car at the same time was not asked for one. The experience left me feeling singled out and profiled because of my race. I found the treatment unfair, unprofessional, and deeply upsetting. I would not recommend this location and encourage others to be aware of potential discriminatory treatment.
