  I decided to try this shop based on the reviews I saw online, and while the staff themselves were pleasant enough, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The pricing was the first red flag. I don’t mind paying a little extra if the work is excellent, but that wasn’t the case here. It was clear overcharging. I brought my car in for a simple tire sensor reset, a wiper fix, and a general checkup at 60k miles. What I didn’t mention to the shop was that the car had already had a major service just 10k miles earlier. So when they came back with a long list of issues, I was already skeptical. Still, I trusted the process — and $2,000 later, I expected my car to be in better shape than when it arrived. Instead, I left with more problems. • My right wheel now makes a noise it never made before. • The engine has a new sound as well. • And the car vibrates violently at 60–70 mph, which is something it absolutely did not do prior to this visit. Now I have to take the car back, waste more time, and hope they actually fix the issues that weren’t there before. Bottom line: This shop is extremely expensive for the quality of work you receive. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious about bringing your car here.

  I got great advice and service at Diego‘s mechanics. They always explained everything my car needed, and their service was always right on time.

  Santiago is the best, great mechanic, very efficient also very nice to customers. Even if they just walk in like I had to, he will help you. There should be more shops like his.
