  Castellana Auto Body is excellent, and Andrew was a pleasure to deal with, a really nice guy. My sunroof and roof panels were bashed by a large falling tree limb. The car is 20 years old, and after Castellana's work, it looks brand new! I was very happy with my entire experience at Castellana, and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

  I just had my car repaired here and the service was great! I am very pleased with how the repair was handled. If I have a need for repairs in the future I would definitely come back to these guys!

  Castellana Auto Body is top tier!!!! Do NOT go anywhere else!!!! From the minute you walk into the shop you are greeted with a calm and friendly hello where either the owner, Johnny himself, will come and take a look at your car with you or one of his fantastic employees. This immediately sets the tone as most people enter a body shop with not so great news. He does a phenomenal job with helping you better understand the fix at hand, time frame, costs and final pickup date. This past week I worked with Johnny and his team to fix significant body work damage. When I arrived at the shop Johnny took a look at the car, knew exactly what needed to be done and told me he would send an estimate before close of business. I was at his shop at 4 pm and received a quote by 5pm. TALK ABOUT RESPONSE TIME!!! He immediately looked in his system for what parts my car needed and time frame on when he could get it delivered. I discussed that I had a very tight turnaround time and needed to get the car fixed within a week and he was able to deliver. He kept me updated every step of the way via phone calls. Ironically, Johnny welcomed his first son the day after we had dropped off the car (Friday) and he was calling me back with an update on the following Monday. His attention to detail is impeccable and the care for his clients is immeasurable. He CARES. He understands when people are out of a car it's the biggest inconvenience. Although he and his team are fixing cars, he's in the people business, he knows how important it is to keep the ball rolling with fixes in his shop but to also communicate with his clients with the progress they are making on their cars. His response time is truly unbeatable. His shop called the Enterprise for me and set up my rental as soon as I dropped my car off. It was seamless!!!! Enterprise then called me and I had a car the entire time my car was in the shop. The rental place is also conveniently located 1 mile from the shop so it's easy to pick up or drop a car and get to the shop. As I mentioned my timeframe was pressed and I needed this to be done as soon as possible. They were able to complete 40+ hours of body work in a week. When I picked up the car, not only was the body work completed to perfection, he detailed my car inside and out and left it glistening like a new car. I cannot say enough good things because it was such a good experience and when it comes to stressful things in life all anyone wants is a good experience. The conversations were easy, the fix was easy, the process was EASY!!!!! If you have auto body needs, I urge you to RUN NOT WALK to Castellana Auto Body. They understand your needs. They will keep you informed. They know how to fix cars! Castella is the best, use them for all your needs. They will perform and you will be treated like family, see for yourself!

  Castellana Auto body went above and beyond. They navigated the Insurance company to ensure that I got the repairs covered correctly as there was additional damage that was not detected through a photo the Insurance used to calculate the repair. The use of the website to keep up-to-date on repairs was vital and kept me well informed. The staff was extremely professional. The competed work was beyond expectations!!
