I initially asked an employee for assistance and received very poor customer service. The employee was dismissive and unwilling to help. When I asked to speak with a manager, he stated that he was the manager. When I then asked for his name, he said he did not have one. I explained to him that I regularly shop at this location and had never experienced this type of service. I told him I was surprised by the interaction and that I still needed assistance. After continuing to insist on help, he eventually retrieved the light and I completed my purchase. While I did receive the product, the service was unacceptable. There was a clear lack of professionalism and accountability. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location and suggest staying away due to the poor customer service.
