They got my car into the shop incredibly fast, which is something I was worried about given how busy most body shops tend to be. Not only that, but they also helped me get set up with a rental the same day, making what could have been a huge inconvenience feel completely manageable. One of the things that really stood out was how seamless everything was with Enterprise. Their location is so close to the shop that the transition was effortless, with no long waits and no complicated logistics. It was all handled quickly and efficiently, which made a stressful situation feel surprisingly smooth. What truly made the experience exceptional was the owner, Johnny. He was incredibly responsive from start to finish and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly for me. He took the time to listen to all of my concerns and answered every question I had with patience and clarity. At no point did I feel rushed or overlooked. He was respectful, cooperative, and kept me updated throughout the entire process, which made a huge difference during such a stressful time. The turnaround time was incredibly fast, especially considering the extent of the damage.   I’ve been bringing my cars to Castelana‘s for a few years now and I’ve always been thoroughly with the workmanship and service. My most recent fender bender required special attention & hard to find parts. Johnny and the guys at Castelana‘s said no problem and did exactly what needed to be done to get my car back together. And on top of that when I picked up the car, it was detailed and cleaned to perfection. I’m definitely a customer for life at Castelana’s auto body.
