- L#lindarSep 22, 20255.0I went to AutoZone 05133 for a key fob battery for Holly Honda 9/22. Brian found the right battery and offered to install it. Who am I to say no? He pulled out the smallest screw driver set I’ve ever seen and quickly dissembled the key fob, took the old battery out, put the new one in and put it back together in minutes. He tested it from behind the counter, I was parked in front. The confirmation beep never sounded so good. I replaced the key fob battery on my old Chevy so I know it’s no fun, it takes skill and patience. Although I thanked Brian several times, I really appreciated him going above and beyond. I think Brian was a manager, he answered a lot of questions for the associates in red shirts. I got the pro! Again, thank you sir.
