  The product sucked, just did bare minimum to get my part. I went to O'Reilly's the did it in one go, I went through 4 hoses here that did no work.

  I went to Autozone to get a part for my wife's car. The associate was very knowledgeable and polite. I didn't get her name but she was great. They got the part quickly and also explained how to get the warranty for the original part that broke. There was a rude customer there that was very disrespectful and out of line and they handled it very professionally. Best experience at any autozone I've shopped at.

  Not too sure what’s up with the management at this location. This is the 2nd time the service is bad. We walked in and Jasmin I believe was her name didn’t greet us just told us they’re not accepting cash and to go to the guy at the end. She was counting the cash at the register and I guess they just wanted to close and not have to count over. You should wait till the doors are closed to do that. What if I had a car emergency and I only had cash, what are they gonna tell me? I don’t want to recount the register? Didn’t say goodnight and had a face.
