We bought a minivan last year, and the sales person Kim is very nice and friendly. We really like his enthusiasm. Last week we went back to look for Kim to be our car dealer and bought two cars from him. We didn’t mind driving over an hour for his service. Even in the future I would want him again to be the sales person I work with. This dealership is very willing to work with the buyer, very reasonable, very honest. I have been very satisfied with this car dealership.

For anyone considering purchasing a car at any of the Hoffman dealerships, I HIGHLY recommend purchasing with Hoffman Honda and suggest to specifically request Charles Ijomah. Although this was my fourth car purchase, it was my first time at Hoffman Honda and my first time working with Charles. I can confidently say he is the best sales consultant I’ve ever worked with. I had a very complicated situation and was unsure how possible it would be for me to get a car at this time. However, Charles listened to every single one of my concerns and made sure he fully understood what my ideal car would be despite my complicated circumstances through asking me insightful and meticulous questions. The process was made intentional, simple, and efficient. Charles was able to get me approved for my top choice car in under 24 hours due to his incredible work ethic and determination. I wish I could give more than 5 stars for my experience at Hoffman Honda. It’s rare to be able to go into a dealership and be made to feel like you are more than just an opportunity for them to make a sale. I thank Charles and the entire team at Hoffman Honda for making this such a memorable experience for me. Be careful what you sign when you bring in your car for service at Hoffman Honda!!! i was told last fall by the service rep that my oil change and service was covered under my lease. She even noticed a local sticker on my car and said, why did you pay for that when it’s covered? i said - really? ok, i’ll bring it to you! Fast forward to this week. brought my car in thinking the service was covered, given an ipad to sign with no discussion about the price. i thought i was signing for permission to work on my car. car done - was told i owed $590!!! I said what are you talking about? i was told the service expired at 2 years, in yr 3 of lease. She researched and contacted the first rep who told me it was covered. She awkwardly didn’t remember our conversation! I said - how convenient for you! she proceeded to point at what i signed and wouldn’t budge. i would never have done this extensive service with my lease up next oct, plus i have a family member who is a mechanic with a local shop who could have done it. i spent 6 months transferring the lease from my husband (who passed in 2024)to me so i was overwhelmed with what was transpiring. I ended up very upset. The service rep who initially told me i had coverage (turns out only for 2 years) said - check her out and i’ll walk her to her car, like i was some kind of criminal she wanted out of the dealership! i was in tears! the service rep who originally checked me in was apologetic and stayed with me until i was calmed down. She was caring and concerned about me driving.
Customer service???? No break on price! no coupon offered! no acknowledgement there was a miscommunication. Left me in tears at the wheel? What happened to pleasing the customer? i will never go back.

I had an excellent experience purchasing my car from this dealership. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They made everything smooth and stress-free from the test drive all the way through the paperwork.
A special thank you to Carl Abrahamsen, who was fantastic to work with. Carl was knowledgeable, patient, and truly went above and beyond to help us. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explain the features of the vehicle, and made sure we felt comfortable with every step of the purchase.
What made the experience even more special was that Carl and the team helped us pull off a secret surprise for my daughter’s 16th birthday when we picked up the car. They were so kind and accommodating in helping us make that moment memorable for her, and we truly appreciated the extra effort they put in.
I also want to thank Sylvester, the sales manager, who helped make everything come together smoothly. His support and willingness to help made the whole experience even better, and it was clear that the team truly cares about their customers.
