This place makes me sick to my stomach! CON ARTISTS AND THIEVES. I brought my accord here to get the safety recall on the fuel pump replaced It’s failed three times now!! They screwed up my car and tried to put it on me…. They tried to con me out of a new water pump which another mechanic said did NOT need to be done along with other things started digging into my engine without my authorization, sending me videos of my spark plugs taken out of my engine!!! One of the maintenance technicians stole my Ray-Ban’s from my vehicle and they damaged my door handle! And ripped the seam in my backseat. This is the worst Honda service I’ve ever had in extremely afraid To ever bring my vehicle back here. Daniel in service has a nasty attitude that Doesn’t belong in the workplace. When I brought this all to their attention all they did was change the subject. DONT EVER COME HERE THEY WILL ROB YOU OF YOUR POSSESSIONS AND YOUR WALLET!

Bought a Honda Civic here. Their manager, Evan, was a real greaseball: I got the classic car dealership experience where they tacks a bunch of extra charges for fees & warranties on right before the contract of sale.

I have no complaints over work performed on my vehicle. Concerned over pricing for service done on 12/11/25.The estimate for the services requested (oil change, coolant replacement) was $251. When the text for the approval to perform the work came, the price was $405. I asked why there was a difference and the response was that he wasn't sure why the system generated that amount, and the price as $305. This included a $30 service fee with no explanation. When I arrived to pick up my car, the salesperson I was dealing with was busy so another person helped me. She said she had to enter in the information for the work that was done, and the cost of $251 came up on here screen. I saw her send an instant message to someone saying "I know you are busy, how much do I charge?" I guess there was no reply because she charged the $251 plus tax.
This experience has left me with a level of discomfort and distrust. Up until this point I have just trusted the end price presented to me, not expecting any changes. Feedback was given to both the dealer and Honda corporate. I have not received a response yet if there is one coming.
