  Our salesman Simon was very friendly and helpful, he made the process move along swiftly and without any issues. One of the best experiences I've had at a dealership. Evan, the finance manager, was also great.

  Classic bait and switch. I made an appointment to see a car and the car sold prior to my appointment. Fair enough. However, no one at Hoffman told me the car sold, I arrived for the appointment, they showed me a different vehicle as though it was the one I came to see. I realized that it was a different vehicle, one that had a history of airbag deployment (which was not disclosed and which I only knew because I had checked the CarFax on each of the same models I was coming to see prior to my appointment). Untrustworthy dealership I will never do business with. In response to Alison's reply to my review, Alison's reply is deceptive. I was not upset that the vehicle I was scheduled to see was sold, another buyer got there first. No problem. Contrary to her reply, no one told me that the vehicle shown to me was not the vehicle I was scheduled to see. I was shown a different vehicle of the same model in the same color with mileage within 1,000 miles of the one I intended to see. It was shown to me as though it was the one I was scheduled to see. Hoffman did not disclose the damage to the vehicle shown to me.

  I found a car I liked online and inquired about it with the dealership- they were extremely responsive off the bat. I went there that same day to look at the car, bought the car and drove it off the lot that evening. Jaileen was more than a pleasure to work with- honest, no hassle and even stayed late to get this purchase buttoned up for me. Max the finance guy was also really kind and made things easy. I highly recommend this dealership. Very professional and easy to deal with.

  This place makes me sick to my stomach! CON ARTISTS AND THIEVES. I brought my accord here to get the safety recall on the fuel pump replaced It’s failed three times now!! They screwed up my car and tried to put it on me…. They tried to con me out of a new water pump which another mechanic said did NOT need to be done along with other things started digging into my engine without my authorization, sending me videos of my spark plugs taken out of my engine!!! One of the maintenance technicians stole my Ray-Ban’s from my vehicle and they damaged my door handle! And ripped the seam in my backseat. This is the worst Honda service I’ve ever had in extremely afraid To ever bring my vehicle back here. Daniel in service has a nasty attitude that Doesn’t belong in the workplace. When I brought this all to their attention all they did was change the subject. DONT EVER COME HERE THEY WILL ROB YOU OF YOUR POSSESSIONS AND YOUR WALLET!
