  It's not too often nowadays that a large company offers friendly, competent service but Enterprise does - every time. Great experience and would recommend. Keep up the good work, Enterprise, we appreciate it ;)

  The car class I specifically reserved and got (jeep wagoner) kept shutting off on me when it would auto stop and then try to start again. The whole car would go black like the battery disconnected and it would have to be restarted. The branch I rented from was closed on new years so I called roadside and they arranged a swap for me at BDL. The staff at BDL refused to give me an equivalent car even though they had 40 or so on the lot, claiming they were all reserved and because I didn’t reserve from their branch, it wasn’t their problem. They offered a minivan and a dodge Durango. I explained several times that we had 6 passengers and luggage and we were driving into the mountains of Vermont where it was snowing and needed 4wd. Unfortunately your brain dead staff at BDL (she did call the manager) didn’t care and said those were our options. So we drove the car that kept shutting off to Vermont and back. When I returned the car to the Shelton branch the manager was kind enough to comp us a day and as far as I’m concerned it is what it is. However I would never recommend enterprise to anyone and will definitely try every single other rental company possible before coming back to rent here. I reserved my car like 2 weeks in advance and all I got was the shaft. It is worth saying everyone at Shelton went above and beyond to help me once they were open again, the 1st of Jan being the holiday just forced me to deal with the very unhelpful people at BDL and roadside service.

  Professional and prompt service this morning on 10/30. The two women at the front desk were thorough and friendly. We arrived without a reservation due to an issue with a rental company down the street that had overbooked. Enterprise of Shelton secured a similarly priced vehicle for us within minutes. Highly recommend—thank you for your time and excellent service.

  I walked into Enterprise at the beginning of the month. My car that I had been driving for 13 years just died. I had no time to shop for a replacement it was Christmas time and I was beyond busy at work. I can’t tell you the way that Brian, John, Sophia, Amari, and Whitney took care of of my rental car needs this pass month was so appreciated. No matter which one I spoke with they made sure that I encountered not one inconvenience throughout the entire month. Customer Service is not dead there are still great people that still really do their jobs. Great job team Enterprise Bridgeport Ave nothing but winners here.

  Our visit which should be let's say 30 min became over a half a day experience :/ But manager which had a shift that day did his job 100%. Young, friendly, honest, professional guy. Thanks for making that miserable day better.
