By 3:30 I had heard nothing from them so I called and was told they were busy and would call me back in a few minutes. 4 rolls around and I still hadn’t heard anything so I called again and they said it would be ready in 20-30 minutes. By 4:45 they still hadn’t called so I went down to the stop and saw my car was just sitting there. Once I spoke to someone they started doing the alignment and I had to wait there for another 30 minutes to get it done. I have no doubt that if I hadn’t went down there it wouldn’t have been done by the time they closed and I would’ve had to wait for the next day. On my drive to work the next morning my tire pressure light came on, so they didn’t even fill the tires up properly. Only reason it isn’t one star is that the price was decent.

They were still taking other people oil change in admission when I finally asked the question How much longer than they started working I was cash out at 10:14 I had to be at work at 10:30. That wasn’t fun. I think they need a receptionist in more help. They’re very busy. Thank you
