  After having a terrible experience at Monroe, I was pleasantly surprised to see new management and staff. They were very professional and kind. They even filled my tires and fixed the alarm that came on when I used my key! They definitely redeemed themselves!

  First of all for the price it was poor service 1 my windshield washer fluid was not topped off 2 tire pressure light was still on had to ask the worker to put air in tire 3 the date for next oil change was wrong it had the day of service instead

  Thank you Ricardo. You saved me from having to get a new tire and I really appreciate it. Brought my car in today around 4:30pm because I had a slow leak in my rear passenger side tire. While many places would have just automatically replaced the tire, Ricardo actually took the time to check where the leak was and determined that it was a small hole that just needed a patch, not full replacement, which was a relief since it’s a brand new tire. I’ve never been here before but you guys made an awesome first impression. While you might not have sold me a new tire today, you can bet I will be back up whenever I need tires in the future. Great customer service should be rewarded with customer loyalty and you guys definitely earned my business from now on. I will be back. Thanks again.
