  Not very attentive or knowledgeable. Always a new employee every three months. 3 employees on duty and not one came to help.

  Check engine light came on so my husband stopped in to get a read on the code. The guy was rude to begin with, when my husband walked in the guy just looked at my husband and said “Ya?” So my husband asked to get a read on the code and the guy just pointed at the door. This worker was immediately put off for asking it seemed. Proceeded to get the print out, which had a suggested part to fix the problem. My husband asked how much the part was and the guy couldn’t tell my husband the part and told him to take it to a mechanic because the worker “isn’t a mechanic.” Your store lost money there. As my husband went to look at parts, 2 of the workers were talking bad about my husband and laughing behind the counter. So my husband left.

  My car wouldn't start without a jump. I went to AutoZone and they did a free system test. It tested the battery that was up to 70% and charging from the alternator. All looked good. What a relief
