The guy was rude to begin with, when my husband walked in the guy just looked at my husband and said “Ya?” So my husband asked to get a read on the code and the guy just pointed at the door. This worker was immediately put off for asking it seemed. Proceeded to get the print out, which had a suggested part to fix the problem. My husband asked how much the part was and the guy couldn’t tell my husband the part and told him to take it to a mechanic because the worker “isn’t a mechanic.” Your store lost money there. As my husband went to look at parts, 2 of the workers were talking bad about my husband and laughing behind the counter. So my husband left.
