  I had a car emergency and called enterprise which was 3 miles from my current location. They transferred me to another location; said it borderline their territory. I asked that they pick me up since I was 2 plus hours from home and traveling for my daughter's meet that we were trying to make...urgent. I was told multiple times that someone was coming. Appx 45 mins later, I was still waiting. A person in an enterprise shirt showed up but he was from a different location. Explained my situation and they had me in a car in under 5 mins to get to their office and on the road in 5 mins after arriving at the office. Because of them, my daughter made her meet and they called to check in the following day. So grateful the two who helped me and found a way.

  EDIT: Given the owner response to this review is to reach out AGAIN to Enterprise directly instead of themselves proactively reaching out to the customer, I can only assume this company does not act in good faith towards its customers. INITIAL REVIEW: Mediocre location at best. Where do I begin? This location is severely understaffed to the point where they don’t even pick up the phone. Limited selection of cars and lack of transparency. After requesting an AWD car numerous times over the phone, they seemed to completely forget when I actually picked up the car. Additionally, they automatically charged me for someone else’s parking ticket in a totally different STATE without any due diligence. I now have to dispute/appeal to get this erroneous charge off of my account. The lack of customer care is abysmal. To say that they make you jump through hoops is an understatement. I have now dealt with 3 separate and disjointed call centers for something that should never have been my problem to solve in the first place. A simple refund is impossible after talking to their OWN customer service department. This experience has left me wary of ever renting at Enterprise in the future.
