  All in all a good experience BUT…. written on print out was a remark that SLUDGE build up? No evidence like showing me the dip stick or filter itself. In the past I’ve been shown the dipstick before and after the oil change. So now I wonder why. Also, finger prints on my hood and an oil spill under the hood could have been cleaned up. Not sure why the mess could not have been cleaned up? Took me all of 1 minute to do it once I got home.

  I had a great experience at Valvoline Emissions Testing in Putnam, CT. Hector was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made the whole emissions test quick and stress-free. Really appreciate his great customer service — highly recommend asking for Hector if you visit this location!

  I’ve come here a few times and always nice staff. Today I had the pleasure of having Hector. He was great and educated me a few things about what to ask for in the future when coming here for next time. Highly appreciate him and his staff.

  Fast, efficient, friendly, and highly knowledgeable staff. Appreciate the videos of recommended maintenance on the vehicle. Will definitely be visiting again! Joe was very useful.
