Great crew went out of the way to get me a new battery installed in my car which has the battery in an unusual place the trunk! The crew are friendly, amiable, very communicative and friendly but very professional. I really would hire the entire crew if I were looking for staff in my firm that's how good they are. I would recommend this outlet wholeheartedly.
- ABAlec BiniendaOct 22, 20251.0Normally would never call out another shop as a mechanic, but I felt disrespected and was compelled to share my experience. I happened to get a flat and pulled into this shops parking lot after hours.(6:30ish) I proceeded to start changing my flat, and did not want or expect help. After getting the tire loose and off, I was lowering my spare and looked over to at least 4 mechanics watching me through the door like I was a punchline to a bad joke, laughing away. It's one thing to not offer help, I get that, but to watch someone labor to do something that you could help with, and laugh at them, that is just rude and inconsiderate. As I was finishing up, the mechanics all left and walked to their cars and not one even acknowledged me. It was one thing that it was after hours, and I never would've written a negative review if it was just that, but to become a joke to someone who luckily wasn't in need, what if I was an older man struggling. Just rude and inconsiderate.

They did try to sell me some add ons, But were not overly aggressive or pushy. Very good service. Had a $20 coupon... great value. Definitely recommend. Great job guys!
- BSBrian SavulisSep 23, 20251.0Horrible, is all I can say. It took 2.5 hours to get the oil changed in our RX330. The guy in the pit had no clue what he was doing. There are plastic guards under the car that need to be removed to access the oil filter. After the oil change the pit technician stated that they could not get the guards back on. That the car must have been in an accident at sometime in the past and the mounts were all bent. They were on the car properly when my wife arrived at the shop. So according to their logic the car must have been in an accident while they were changing the oil. Once we had the car home and I looked under. I found the bottom of the motor and the frame covered in spilled oil. I also found the plastic covers in the wrong locations, and upside down. Even though it has obvious markings of how and where they mount. This is why they could not get the holes lined up. None of my 5 vehicles will ever go back there.
