  Had a great experience today for the first time visiting Valvoline in Putnam. Joey from the Bronx was extremely helpful, friendly, and informative throughout my visit. The technician was very thorough and friendly as well. The free car wash was great and I will definitely be returning. The management at Valvoline is lucky to have such a welcoming team, as I will be a returning customer for sure! Thank you to Joey (from the Brox) as well as the rest of the team.

  I went to the valvoline on Grafton st, Worcester, MA for a transmission service (transmission oil change) and was told that they do not do that service even though it is advertised ????

  It was my first time going to this place. The guy that took care of us was very nice and informative. He explained bill to us and was a pleasure talking with. Definitely will be back

  Changed my oil and they did not put my deep stick in properly. My oil spilled while I was driving and messed up my engine belt. I took it to the nearest dealership to fix the all of the since the check engine light and oil light came on. Valvoline did not want to take responsibility for it. Only offer free oil change. I said no because I don’t want to risk of them messing it up again. I wouldn’t recommend.

  I was highly satisfied with the experience and knowledge of the technicians, willingness to help with any questions and very kind personalities of all the technicians that helped out on my oil change...i would most definitely recommend your place for oil changes. Also found out during my visit that you also do emissions for which I will be using that service as well in the future.
