- CCCynthiaOct 30, 20235.0Randomly my check engine light went on, and car started "sputtering". Went in the following morning (10/27/23), Colton (I believe that was his name, the young guy working) scanned my car, explained what the codes meant and explained to me what needed to be done (spark plugs and coils 1 & 4 needed to be changed). He not only got all the parts I needed, showed me which tools would be required to change it, but also gave me advice. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I spoke with my uncle (a mechanic) and with Colton's advice and my uncle's guidance I was able to change the part on my own. I am very appreciative for all his help!
