    Update 4/9: I was reached out to by the service manager, he apologized repeatedly for the lack of communication. That the phone system has been acting up,which then left him without the information. He also gave me his personal cell phone number so there would not be any more missed calls while the IT department gets to the bottom of the issue. I have a meeting with the team on monday to proceed with how to fix the situation. Michael was very professional and pleasant to deal with. Looking forward to this review turning into a positive outcome for both parties. Brought my car here for an oil change on 3/21. I thought all was well, it took 45 min past my appointment time, to pull the car in but didnt think much of it. The problem came when I left and noticed my car door had been slammed into something. I called the dealer because the service department was closing for the day. The service managers voicemail was full. Had to contact sales, to get it relayed to the service department. I was told that the service manager would call me monday, 3/23. The whole week went by. No call. I call the dealership back on 3/30, the service managers voicemail, still full. Had to call sales again to get a hold of anyone. Again I was promised, it would be escalated to higher management, and this time I would absolutely be getting a call back. Here it is 4/7 still no call from the dealership. Still no accountability for the damage to my door. The car just got its first oil change from them, and the car is damaged. Beyond disappointed with this dealership.

    Horrible experience here with service. A few months back had the rear brakes and rotors replaced and spent $1000, a few months later had the front brakes done and spent $1000. A few weeks later the Caliper seized and they said that would cost $1300 to replace. I asked them how the Caliper could have seized as I think that is part of a normal brake inspection and I just had my brakes replaced and was told it may have been some salt that "got up in there". Were the calipers not inspected during the $2000 worth of brake jobs? Not happy
