I moved to a different part of the state about two years ago and have been going to other Valvoline locations and it’s just not the same. My only complaint I’ve ever had is the zip ties for the splash/skid guard. I brought that up to the manager at this location once and he was very responsive about it, ensuring that the proper clips for the vehicle were in stock and used where needed. I’ll drive 45 minutes and past several other locations just because the Plainville location does such a good job and has a great environment.

The tech who worked the computer and appeared to be running my bay was wonderful. It was first thing in the morning, and he was friendly, explained everything that was happening, and answered all of my questions. This continues to be my favorite Valvoline location.
