  Outstanding customer service every time! Derek was able to get me a rental last minute when there were no cars available in Colchester, and the experience was seamless from start to finish. Communication is always excellent, the process is smooth and easy, and they consistently have a rental available when I need one. I will happily continue driving 30 minutes to this Enterprise location because they never disappoint. Highly recommend!

  Old Saybrook, CT location was knowledgeable stating drop off fee $100 if not return 2 original rental place. ABSURD, call Windsor location or Headquarters to have Ridiculous fee waived..

  I got a very beautiful Hyundai elante at the Old Saybrook Enterprise rental agency. People that are very helpful professional and considerate. I needed a ride the day I rented the car which Enterprise provided and arrived when I returned it they're very good at providing the rides and the people who drove more friendly courteous and very safe drivers

  Probably one of the worst Enterprise Rent-A-Car locations I have ever used. Cars are not clean cars are subpar economy the lowest end of the Enterprise structure when you're picking a particular class. A couple of times I wanted a particular vehicle They couldn't get it They used excuses like recalls and a few other things They over govern and pick and choose who they want for customers and rents It's too bad most other Enterprise rental outlets are not that way I wonder if their business has gone down from a volume perspective cuz people don't want to deal with them at this location
