I left w a new tire that matched the other three about a 1/2 hour later.. and the price was a bargain.. I’ve used this shop before and you get a combination of great service and experience.. highly recommend this team.

Over the phone they quoted a price of 49.95 including tire rotation, which I verified twice before booking the appointment. When I got there they said “oh that was the telephone support center and the price is actually $139”. (If you read other reviews, this is not an isolated incident) Minor point, as I was leaving I noticed the oil change light was still lit. I asked the technician to turn it off & he indicated he could not reset the change oil light. Makes you wonder what else he forgot to do. I won’t be going back there for my next oil change

When I arrived, I was told that the oil change would take over two hours and that the price instead started no lower than $120. I can accept that a service center may not have exact pricing information, but charging nearly three times the quoted rate is unacceptable. There are honest mechanics out there, but this isn't one of them. Save your time, save your money, and go somewhere else- Anywhere else.
