  My experience at Grossmans of Old Saybrook was just a dream when I saw a truck that looked very interesting to me. I stopped by the dealership to look at the pick up and asked what they were asking for it. I was surprised to find out that the mileage on the truck was well below the mileage that I had on the truck that I was driving. I stopped in to see Linda but before I got to her, I was approached by a young salesman who was very eager to help me with whatever questions I had. First I asked to speak to Linda the owner but she was not in but left a word for her to call me to explain why I was looking for a new vehicle. We went to the salesman's desk and sat down to discuss the truck. First of all was the price they were asking for the truck. I was surprised to find out that it was within my reach. I then took it out for a test ride and the parts started to fall into place. Linda then came in and we had a short meeting. I then walked out the showroom with a Carfax and a start on the paperwork which went to show that Grossman's of Old Saybrook is more than willing to work with the elderly in getting them into a newer vehicle. I would recommend Grossman's to anyone that is in the market for a new or preowned vehicle to check with them before buying elsewhere.
