  Staff is kind and professional. The manager for truck rentals, Nick, was very helpful and friendly. I booked a box truck last minute, and they were able to accommodate me with no problem

  I made the reservation a week ago for my mother’s funeral in Groton, CT location. An agent called me two hours before picking up time to tell me that he doesn’t have the car I requested-BMW/AUDI- he called other locations and they had none. I decided to make another reservation online from a different location, which was in New London, CT and the total cost was $76. I called the place to make sure that they have it. The agent told me that he has the upgrade one and since it’s a last minute reservation the cost is $167. I told him that’s not the price online and he replied, “online doesn’t have access to what they have.” It was a total stressful situation on top of loss my mom. I didn’t get the car that day. I would not recommend that place for renting cars.
