- GVginette veillard2 days ago1.0I made the reservation a week ago for my mother’s funeral in Groton, CT location. An agent called me two hours before picking up time to tell me that he doesn’t have the car I requested-BMW/AUDI- he called other locations and they had none. I decided to make another reservation online from a different location, which was in New London, CT and the total cost was $76. I called the place to make sure that they have it. The agent told me that he has the upgrade one and since it’s a last minute reservation the cost is $167. I told him that’s not the price online and he replied, “online doesn’t have access to what they have.” It was a total stressful situation on top of loss my mom. I didn’t get the car that day. I would not recommend that place for renting cars.

The only negative with any rental experience is the shock of the cost of the add-ons.... some of which I chose! I would like to see (within reason) what the actual final amount might be before I turn the key and leave the location!!!

Being my work vehicle, I needed a truck to continue my day to day. Enterprise truck side of Old Saybrook has been amazing. From beginning to the end they have been the only easy thing through this nightmare. They have not only met my every need but have gone above and beyond there calling to make sure I was good. These people are fantastic and care about the customer. Specifically “Nick” at the saybrook office. This kid understands people, understands a crappy situation and takes the time to do what he can to make your life a little easier. They have earned my business for whenever I may need a truck and I will send anyone I see in need there way. I highly recommend if you are in need of a vehicle, you go there first. You wont regret it, I know I sure dont!
