Despite the situation, Ismael was incredibly helpful—he kept me informed every step of the way and worked diligently with Fleet to get everything resolved, submitting the work orders multiple times. Even Adam and Mir stepped in to work on the paperwork with Fleet. Truly appreciated his professionalism and communication. All three of these guys were wonderful during this frustrating situation!
