- DRDan RyanFeb 19, 20265.0We had hit a large piece of twisted steel on our trip from Michigan. I was worried about any damage to the underbody and tires. I called Mavis and asked for an appointment. They got me right in and put my Chevy Equinox up onto a lift. They spent 10-15 minutes checking everything out and took it for a test drive. Luckily everything checked out. What a relief! They told me “No Charge. You car is safe for the test of your trip” I told them how much I appreciated their work. It gave me such relief and peace of mind. I gave them $40 and thanked them for their help. I strongly recommend Mavis to anybody who needs any auto work or repairs! Again, Thanks to the Mavis crew, Dan Ryan

Service was quick and efficient, and I was out of there in about 45 minutes...additionally, Gian was very helpful in keeping me informed of the status. Price was also very reasonable. Definitely recommend the shop at 1330 E Putnam Ave Old Greenwich, CT 06870.

Gave me a bad alignment, twice Still have not issued a refund for either the bad alignment or the price match guarantee. Bad business!! Bad corporate! Elizabeth from corporate has yet to do what she promised, which is to issue the refund. Shame on you!!! I will not stop leaving bad reviews all over social media until this is resolved.
