  I had an absolutely terrible experience with this location. I specifically requested a 4-wheel drive truck, and instead they gave me a 2-wheel drive truck. Because of that mistake, we ended up getting stuck in New Hampshire for an extra two days. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of support from this location. They did nothing to help us when we called. We had to contact the New Hampshire location ourselves, and thankfully they stepped in, sent someone to assist us, and provided a replacement vehicle. To add to the frustration, I have not received any refund for the inconvenience and additional expenses this caused. On top of that, the $300 hold on my card still has not been returned. The customer service was terrible, and the management was even worse. I would strongly recommend going anywhere else rather than dealing with this establishment.
