I appreciated that they gave me the price with labor included. They did the job within half an hour, including replacing the bad pressure sensor on that tire. I appreciate their kind and prompt service.
- TTThuan TietOct 23, 20251.0Brought vehicle in for an alignment and tires rotation, they keep my car for two days. When pick up my truck, ask them for an alignment printout. Dan gave me a print out for my current alignment. Just to find out it was dated 7 months ago. He said everything is done. Came home to find out my wheels were never rotated. Make me sign a slip said it was done. Now I think they never touch my alignment. Be careful with Dan the scam at Goodyear Norwich. My first appointment with this place was in Sept 2024, paid $1300 hundreds dollars for tires. Also paid $285 for 3years alignment. Fast forward to this incident, I have another shop looked at my tires and my alignment. Alignment was never touched by this place, tech shows me all adjusting points on vehicle was never touched by for a basic alignment. Be very careful where you spend you hard earn Mon in this scamming shop. Looks at these photos zip tie parts on my car, something only good year will do. They also burned my strut bushing, while trying heat on bolts. They burn my steering boots, put on a misfit boot. As you can see it’s too short. They did everything to cause damage to my vehicle. My alignment and tires rotation were never done, despite keeping my truck for 2 days. Thanks Dan, you are such an honorable man. Goodyear will bankrupt on people like you.
