  Hunter was amazing! He not only helped me find the right headlight my car needed but he installed it as well. The cover of the headlight was completely stuck, I had tried to remove it and broke part of it. Hunter tried a few different ways to get it off and finally managed to get it! He was so helpful!

  Manager Hunter and co-worker Issac went out of there way to bring brake lights that I had ordered and made sure I drove home safely after work. I am so very greatful for such amazing service I was so worried I had ordered parts for same day delivery and because it did not show up they were extremely understanding and did above and beyond to make sure I was able to make it home safely. Thank you guys soo much for the costumer service and extreme measures to go out of the way to make sure that I the costumer matters. For that it was 10 minutes to closing and for Hunter to pick up the phone and attended to my request was phenomenal!!!!! I've never experienced such extraordinary service and I was able to drive home after work safe and sound. I was stuck at work and did not have anyway to get a brake light bulb and for that I ordered same day delivery. Estimated time was to arrive for 8pm and store closes at 9pm. I noticed something wrong when it was 8:45 pm and I was so scared because I didn't want to drive with brake light out so when Issac offered to help deliver 25 minutes away to where I work that was above and beyond. I am so greatful and for them. I will forever remember this moment! This review is for Manager Hunter and employee Issac thank you guys!!!!! I am one greatful and proud costumer I look forward to relying on autozone for what truly matters to know us the costumer can rely on Autozone!! Thank you soo soo much !! Ana V.

  I went to the Autozone because we have Autozone’s in New Jersey and it was familiar. I do find them reliable for parts. That being said, I had one of the best experiences out of any Autozone I have ever gone to and it was in Norwich, Connecticut. I was out of state visiting a very dear friend, due to work relocation. The staff in this location was so helpful, kind and supportive. I had Chris who was a young man very knowledgeable for an 18 year-old who helped me put my new windshield blades on and oil. Chris was personable, very helpful, respectful and knowledgeable. The store manager Came in later that night he was a tall, thin young man with an amazing personality, extremely helpful, and I wish I remembered his name, but he was tall and thin and extremely helpful, there was this assistant manager who was a shorter very heavier set, balding man, he did not help me, I think he was on a lunch break and breaking down boxes from what I saw. Paige was rocking and Bella helped me so much also!!! There was a younger gentleman. I think his name was Jay. He was fantastic also. They were able to order my parts, Get them directed to their location so that I could bring my vehicle to get fixed down the street that same day and gave me a contact person for a repair place that would take me on short notice. They went over and beyond to help me at this location. I had to write a review because not every establishment that you go to does this for their customers. Mind you I was out of state didn’t know the area and they were wanting to make sure that I was safe and I was getting the parts that I needed and made phone calls to get me connected to a repair place down the street. If I could give them 10 stars, I would give them 10 stars!!! The head manager for this location needs to get recognized for his staff because not only were they kind they were knowledgeable and were able to help me, guide me and keep me safe. That was a big deal to them, I was four hours from my home and it was early afternoon in a place I was unfamiliar with. Way to go Norwich of Autozone on being on point with your customer service!!! I will be returning.
