    They claim to be the best auto part store in Norwich Connecticut I do not believe that their part numbers can't even be cross-referenced total waste of my time and money dealing with them it's way better to pay a little extra and get the exact part you need right away and they have no business talking about the other auto parts stores the proof is in the pudding. And frankly they're pudding is no good. There are several different options for my car all they had to do is tell me to get them a part number they could cross reference the part but no they were not able to do that and then when I told them they gave me the wrong part they still said that's the only one out there for that car that's not true there are several different types of radiator hoses for this car if you don't know that you should not be selling parts

    I would give no stars if possible also the manager Dylan has an awful attitude and seriously need to get better customer service skills Stay far away from advanced auto in Norwich 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ got given the wrong part the manager had a horrible attitude the second I walked up to the desk and said there’s 2 issues the first one is that the box is ripped which happened when we opened it by accident and he said so I can’t re sell it okay but you gave me the wrong part it would not be an issue if I was given the right part which is a $100 part the box is literally not my issue the second one was that my grandfather purchased it so he had to be there which was awful because he was an hour away I did end up getting the right part after wasting 2 hours of my time and spending $150 in gas smh that $100 part turned into $250 for a mistake that is there job to give you the right part they were awful and didn’t do anything to right the mistake in my book it costed me twice as much for the mistake to be fixed 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ I’ve talked to other customers that have gone to different locations and never got told there’s an issue with the box being ripped
