  Bro had me pull in had 1 worker had me pull behind a car being done when 2 bats was open tell me wait 15 min. Is there not other workers like other Valvolines? He was little rude too asked how I was doing 2 times when I answered every time lol chill bro I was just trying get my oil changed I didn’t know you was having a bad day 😂😂😂 sheeesh I left I come here to be quick & easy

  The technicians who work here are wonderful. They are nice and helpful, they explain things well, and they work quickly. They make getting an oil change a pleasant experience.

  Lattia and Winfred listened to my concerns and recommended proper services for my car. They made sure everything was working well before I left. As a returning customer I have always been happy with Winfred's recommended services. I feel comfortable that he gives me an accurate account of the urgency. Very happy with both of them and how they worked in tandem with Kevin under the car.

  Valvoline in Norwalk is terrific! A week ago they did a radiator flush along with an oil change. Today my radiator fluid light came on, and I went back to get it topped off. The radiator line had cracked, not from their work. The manager said no problem we will fix it, so you don't have to pay an arm and a leg at the dealer. He drove to Fairfield Audi, picked up the part, fixed it by the end of the day - NO Charge! The entire staff couldn't be nicer to deal with.

  had such an amazing experience at the Valvoline Instant Oil Change location on Connecticut Avenue. Alexis and Ayden were absolutely incredible — not only friendly and kind, but genuinely knowledgeable. This was honestly the first time I’ve ever left an oil change feeling like I actually learned something about my car. They took the time to explain things in a way that felt approachable, not overwhelming, which I really appreciated. Customer service like this is rare. They were patient, professional, and just overall really great people. You can tell they care about what they do and about the customers they’re helping. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location and recommending it to all my friends. Alexis and Ayden made what’s usually a routine errand into such a positive experience! (Hector as well! My car is running beautifully!!!)
