  I just want to say… I am beyond grateful and extremely impressed with the services here! John, Sebastian and Alex were amazing! Very attentive, informative and patient! They broke everything thing down, went the extra mile to make me comfortable and pleased with my experience! I will only come here from now on for all my car maintenances! They deserve a raise for their customer service! Highly recommended this location!!!

  I recently got my oil changed at Monroe Service Center and had a great experience. Gerry, the manager, was excellent—very polite and professional. The team pays attention to detail and is honest and trustworthy, which is hard to find these days. I feel comfortable recommending this place to anyone, including my own mom, who also goes there. Highly recommend.

  Worst experience ever. Brought my new Rivian R1S in to get the snow tires taken off which they had originally installed. They ended up badly damaging 3 of my rims on their tire changing machine. They brought the truck over when they were done and failed to mention that they damaged the rims, luckily I inspected the vehicle and saw the damage. Didn’t even get an apology, all they said was that the tire machine doesn’t work that well and that it does that sometimes to rims. Do not bring your vehicle to this Monro location on 280 Westport Ave, Norwalk CT. They are completely incompetent and will damage your vehicle.

  We had a flat and they were very upfront about the reason and even showed us the problem in the shop. Because the tires were close to needing replaced we bought an affordable set of tires and were done in an hour. Excellent service!

  Monro muffler is the place to go for any repairs you need, they always treated me great, on my last time Gerry took care of me and I have to say he was great, very understanding and patient, took the time to explain everything to me. I have nothing but high praise for all the guys that work there.
