Had to deal with the roadside assistance/towing nightmare and now the dealership wants to charge me almost $500 because of Valvoline’s mistake. I’m not typically a fan of leaving negative reviews but I had to in this case. Be aware that you could be in serious jeopardy doing business here, both financially and physically
