This person’s attitude was so unpleasant, acting like a smart aleck, that I truly believe they need to reevaluate the staff they hire for places like this. It’s because of people like this that businesses like these end up ruined or gain a bad reputation. Unfortunately, I don’t have his name, but I didn’t get the oil change and left immediately.
